Signing the Contract on Joint
Investment in Bijelo Polje
On 16th March 2009 in Bijelo
Polje, the representatives of the Montenegrin
Fund for Solidarity Housing Development headed
by Mr. Danilo Popovic, president of the Board of
Directors, have signed the Contract on Joint
Investment for the development of buildings in
Bijelo Polje with Mr. Tarzan Milosevic, the
Mayor of Bijelo Polje and Mr. Dusan Vratnica,
representative of the Police Directorate’s Trade
Union.
The subject of this Contract relates to the
joint investment for the development of
residential/commercial building in Bijelo Polje,
on the cadastral plots No 1453/4 of
5, 993 m², No 1453/19 of 1, 084 m² and cadastral
plot No 1453/3 of 1, 820 m², which will,
according to the amends of DUP Nikoljac, Bijelo
Polje, make a single urban plot.
