Ulcinj Discussions of the representatives of CFSSI and Municipality of Ulcinj on the allocation of cadastral parcels are in progress.                             In close cooperation with local goverments and municipal trade union commissions the CFSSI has provided building land in almost every municipality in Montenegro.
